"
One of Open Window's Great Award-Winning
Productions"
Tommy
Dortch, National Chairman of 100
Black Men of America, Inc. is
shown with John T. Grant, Jr.,
Executive Director-COO for the
same organization.
"Progress
is impossible without change,
and those who cannot change their
minds
cannot change anything."
This
quote is from George Bernard
Shaw. It is so befitting of the
beliefs of both OPEN WINDOW
TELEVISION and The 100 Black
Men of America. Mr. William J.
Stanley, III, President, states;
"Our organization is pleased
to report a solid record of
accomplishments, yet I believe
this achievement cannot and
should not stand alone. Today,
like never before, we have the
ability to enhance the way of
life for people all across our
city. By enchancing the education
opportunities for those who can
least afford it, we shine the
beacon of hope for many while
also delivering productive
citizens to our city." You
may wonder why we do what we do.
It is simply because we are
commited to our kids - they are
deserving, and they are doing
well, said President Stanley in
his report to their investors
through the 2002 annual report.
Continuing, he expresses,
"We count on you, our
private and corporate donors,
members and friends to help us
ensure the dream of an improved
quality of life for our students
by fullfilling their
dreams..."
We
have demonstrated several of their
talents within this episode #143 of this
awarding-winning program, OPEN WINDOW
TELEVISION.
"I
am truly grateful for the many
opportunities 100 Black Men of Atlanta,
Inc. has given me," is
expressed by, Arthur Few, who is one of
the students we highlight during this
OPEN WINDOW TELEVISION episode. He goes
on to say, "This organization has
allowed me to build relationships with
business and civic leaders who are truly
concerned with the children of the
Atlanta community."
Please
visit our store to acquire a copy of this
production. These very quotes by both Mr.
Stanley and Mr. Few so well exemplify the
mission and goals of this TV program. We
too, "We count on you, our private
and corporate donors, members and friends
to help use ensure the dream of an
improved quality of life for our students
by fullfilling their dreams..." Your
donations and contributions are truly
welcomed and needed to maintain these
productions.
Let
us continue to pray for our government
and leaders, that GOD directs them. This
show will inspire those of us that are
fighting the battle, both spiritually and
physically too.
