...Season Opening 2008 was one to remember for the Jackson Team.Early in the first quarter, the explosive offense demostrated they were ready and up to preforming. Both quarterback, Christian Kelly #9 and widereceiver, Neiron Ball #11, displayed their athletic abilities. The first touchdown of this season was a punt return from Senior, Nykemian Mann (#12)--WR/DB, picking up approximately 42 yards on the return. Upon the change of quarterbacks in the second half, Matt Cawthon placed a great "finger-tip" pass off the hands of tight-end, Chris Head #14, but it fail short of a reception.
